DELICIOUS FISH FRY RECIPE. 👈🐠

The tastiest and delicious fry liked by all categories of people beginning from children to adults is fish fry... It is very easy to make and smells great....when prepared in the kitchen...

INGREDIENTS

* 1kg of fish

* 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste

* 2 cup rice flour (small)

* 1 lemon

* 1/2tsp turmeric powder

* 1/2tsp Coriander powder

* 1/2 tsp cumin powder

* 1 tbsp chili powder

* 1 egg ( white only)

* Salt to taste

* 250 ml of oil


PROCEDURE

* Wash the fish with turmeric powder and salt.

* In a bowl add ginger garlic paste, rice flour and egg white mix it well.

* To the mixture add lemon juice and all the above spices.

* Then with the help of knife just put stripes on the fish, so that the mixture penetrates inside.

* Apply the mixture individually in the pieces of fish.

* Refrigerate it for some time.

* Heat the oil well.

* Keep the flame low and slowly add the fish into it.

* Shallow fry in high flame.

Serve hot... Your delicious and yummy fish fry is ready.
